Monica brings over 20 years experience in the commercial and hospitality interiors industry, having built her career in Chicago with a background in sales, business development, and leadership. Her experience includes roles with HOLLY HUNT, Donghia, Poliform, and Waterworks, where she worked closely with leading A&D firms, dealers, and clients across a wide range of commercial and hospitality projects.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Lauren Swaminathan as Showroom Experience Manager on the Kimball International Team.

Lauren will have responsibility for promoting the use of the Los Angeles, California showroom as a resource for architects and designers, end users, dealer partners, regional sales teams, and internal and external stakeholders. She will also manage showroom operations, the overall visitor experience, and enable the sales of our products.

Lauren joins us with extensive experience across hospitality, design, sales, consulting, and events, with a career focused on building meaningful relationships and creating memorable experiences.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Keelyn Wilkerson as Customer Order Coordinator to the Kimball International Customer Excellence Team.

Keelyn will have responsibility for reviewing orders for accuracy, preparing them for entry, and supporting cycle time goals.

Keelyn joins our team with a background in customer service and leadership, having previously worked at Office Depot. She attended the University of Southern Indiana for a year and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration through Western Governors University.

Brenda joins us with 22+ years’ experience in corporate logistics and administrative leadership with Flexsteel Industries as a Shipping Clerk Supervisor and SAP "super-user”. Elizabeth will have responsibility for driving profitable quota attainment within the Virginia territory through daily in market engagement with Distribution Partners, A&D firms, and end users.

Elizabeth joins us with experience including eight years of commercial interior design in the Richmond A&D community, as well as two years on the IIDA board Southwest VA/WV chapter as VP of Student Affairs. She’s worked predominantly in higher education and corporate, but has additional experience in banking, multi-family, hospitality, and government sectors.
