This Su***de Prevention Week, EGA Associates joins healthcare professionals, Veterans, families, and communities across the country in reminding one another that mental health matters—and reaching out can save a life.
Healthcare professionals dedicate themselves to caring for others, often while carrying tremendous stress of their own. Creating healthier workplaces means checking in with one another, recognizing signs of burnout and distress, reducing stigma, and making sure people know where to turn for support.
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available:
📞 Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
🇺🇸 Veterans, service members, and their loved ones: Call 988 and press 1, text 838255, or connect with the Veterans Crisis Line.
A conversation. A check-in. A willingness to listen. Small actions can make a meaningful difference.
