EGA Associates is seeking a skilled Medical Lab Scientist to join a high-performing laboratory team where accuracy, critical thinking, and quality patient outcomes are the priority.

🧪 In This Role, You Will:
• Perform testing across multiple laboratory disciplines
• Conduct Chemistry and Urinalysis testing
• Support Blood Bank and Crossmatching procedures
• Perform Hematology and Coagulation testing
• Ensure quality control and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and laboratory processes

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Nationally Certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
• 3+ years of recent laboratory experience
• Experience in Chemistry and Hematology
• Experience in Blood Bank and Microbiology
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
📅 Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
⚠️ Occasional weekends, holidays, or overtime may be required
🚫 No on-call or standby responsibilities

EGA Associates is seeking a dedicated Histology Technician to join a dynamic laboratory team where precision, quality, and patient impact come together every day.

🧪 What You'll Do:
• Prepare and process tissue specimens
• Perform special stains and immunohistochemistry procedures
• Operate microtomes, cryostats, and automated staining systems
• Assist with frozen sections and specialized testing

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Graduate of a NAACLS-approved Histology Program
• HT or HTL certification (or certification eligible)
• At least 1 year of recent histology experience
• Acute care and immunohistochemistry experience preferred

📅 Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Federal Holidays Off

EGA Associates is seeking an experienced RN – Complaint Intake Reviewer to support the New York State Department of Health's Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP). This is an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise to help improve healthcare quality, patient safety, and Medicaid program outcomes across New York State.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Review and assess complaint intakes and clinical information
✅ Support healthcare policy and program decision-making
✅ Analyze healthcare processes and recommend improvements
✅ Collaborate with providers, healthcare teams, and families
✅ Help ensure quality care and patient protection initiatives across the state

What we're looking for:
✔ Current NYS RN License
✔ Bachelor's Degree
✔ Strong communication and decision-making skills
✔ Clinical healthcare experience with a passion for improving systems and outcomes
📍 Location: Albany, NY
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
