Our original Jefferson office has served us well the last four years, however as Jefferson’s traffic has increased so has the noise in our space. I am happy to announce that we will be relocating just a few miles up the road beginning December 1, 2025.

The new office is located at 2614 US-129, Jefferson, GA. It is in the same building as Sassafras Salon and Ball Pediatrics, but the entrance is around back. Look for my sign by the door!

“The Athens Behavioral Medicine Walk-In/Urgent Care Clinic is up and running! Please see the flyer below for more information.
We are currently only accepting walk-in patients during regular business hours. We offer same-day appointments for patients who either already have established psychiatric care and/or patients who are looking to become new patients at ABM. If the patient already has a psychiatrist, we will send a summary of the visit to the referring therapist and existing psychiatric provider.”

Just a quick update about the December EMDR TRN Offering: All 1:30 pm individual, student time slots have been filled.

We still have…

• individual time slots available for adult survivors at 10am & 11:15am

• individual time slots available for student survivors at 2:45pm

• room for more caregiver survivors in our 1 hour EMDR groups* 1:30 & 2:45

◦ *this group protocol is only 1 hour long, so caregivers can attend during the same time slot as their student; all caregivers welcome even if their student isn't wanting to participate in services yet
