🏃‍♀️🏊 Take the Mountain Hearts Marathon Challenge! 🏊‍♂️🏃

Celebrate National Wellness Month by challenging yourself while helping support Mountain Hearts Wellness Center!

📅 August 10 – September 8
💲 $20 Entry Fee

Choose your challenge:
✅ 26.2 miles of land activity
OR
✅ 13.1 miles of pool activity

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a prize drawing, and all remaining proceeds will go toward facility upgrades to make Mountain Hearts even better for our members.

📝 Pick up your mileage log at the front desk and start tracking your progress on August 10!

Whether you walk, run, swim, or mix it up, every mile counts. Invite a friend and let’s see how many miles our Mountain Hearts community can log together! 💙

There will be no yoga class tonight. Classes will resume next Monday, June 15, at 6:00 PM.
