You can’t fix what you don’t understand.

And sometimes, “your labs look normal” doesn’t explain why you’re exhausted, waking up at 3 a.m., gaining weight differently, feeling anxious or wired, losing your libido, struggling with brain fog, or suddenly feeling like your body has changed the damn rules.

This is one of my favorite tools for digging deeper.

The DUTCH test can give us a much more detailed look at things like:

✨ Your cortisol pattern throughout the day, not just one snapshot
✨ Estrogen, progesterone & androgen metabolites
✨ How your body is metabolizing hormones
✨ Cortisol and cortisone metabolism
✨ Markers that can add context around sleep, stress, and hormone-related symptoms

But here’s the part I think matters just as much:

I don’t just order the lab and hand you 20+ pages of results with a “good luck, babe.” 😂

I order the test for you, and when your results come back, we go through them together.

I help you understand what we’re looking at, how the different pieces may connect with the symptoms you’ve been experiencing, what questions the results raise, and what your next steps could look like within my scope as a wellness coach.

Because more data isn’t particularly helpful if you’re sitting at your kitchen table Googling every marker and convincing yourself you’re dying by page seven.

You deserve to understand your own body.

And sometimes, seeing the bigger picture is exactly where that begins.
