I personally feel that you are your own best advocate for your health which includes a lifestyle of healthy eating and daily exercise, rather than subscribing to the ebbs of flows of chronic dieting and fads. Yoga is just another avenue in which to share my beliefs and help others gain strength and knowledge to enjoy a life of health.
