I’ll be honest, I stopped using my red light consistently for a few months. Not because I didn’t love it but life just got busy. After a while, I started noticing a difference in my skin - less glow, more redness, my skin just looked more tired and inflamed overall. So I started doing 10 minutes every day first thing in the morning. As soon as my alarm goes off (and I hit snooze a few times 😝) I grab my red light and just lay in bed for 10 minutes. Within a couple weeks, my skin looked healthier, brighter, and more refreshed. That’s the thing about skincare… it’s not about being perfect. It’s about small things you do consistently. Red light therapy is one of my favorite slow-aging tools because it’s:
• non-invasive
• easy to stay consistent
• helps with inflammation
• amazing for maintaining healthy skin
• gives you an undeniable glow
