I left no stone unturned when it came to getting answers about my dental journey
A lot of putties and pastes are expensive to buy & barley last a few weeks so why not make it yourself with what you have at home?
I used:
* Coconut oil to help reduce plaque and oral bacteria.
* Bentonite clay to help absorb impurities (as a binder)
* Cloves for their Antimicrobial and soothing properties.
* Probiotic drops to support a healthier oral microbiome.
* Sea salt to soothe irritated gums and help rinse away debris.
* a gum and tooth oil that has CoQ10
* Vitamin E as an Antioxidant that helps protect gum tissue.
* Neem oil for its antibacterial properties.
* Peppermint oil to inhibit oral bacteria.
* Lemon peel oil for its antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds.
* Rosemary oil again for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds.
* Holy basil oil which also contains compounds with potential antimicrobial properties.
You can also use pearl powder, calcium carbonate, activated charcoal etc.
Use this 1-2 x a day leave in your mouth for a few mins and then rinse.
