Our culture has conditioned us in a way that works against our natural intelligence and the energy that powers every aspect of our body, mind, and spirit.

Living the way that we were taught blocks us and holds us in stagnancy, which causes a gnawing kind of emotional pain to exist as static in the background of everything we do, as it weights us down and simultaneously drains our life source energy, making it feel impossible to implement lasting positive change in our lives.
