Sue is a distinguished registered nurse and healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience. For the past 18 years, she has dedicated her career to ensuring that individuals with end-stage renal disease receive timely, equitable, and high-quality care. Ms. Caponi provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for ESRD Kidney Health Analytics and Responsive Emergency Support and the three IPRO ESRD Networks that comprise the IPRO ESRD Network Program. She manages a $20 million budget and has been a driving force behind the program’s significant growth since its inception in 2006.
