Reminders of infertility can show up in everyday moments: direct questions about the family planning journey, attending someone else’s baby shower, or a friend saying “you’re next.” These questions and comments can add to the emotional burden people may already carry. In honor of , we’re shining a light on the broader impact of infertility, including the parts people don’t always see.

According to the Arthritis Foundation, there are more than 100 types of arthritis and related conditions, and the symptoms go beyond joint pain. For people living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which is three times more likely to affect women than men, the impact isn’t always limited to one place in the body. Over time, RA may affect other parts of the body, too.

This , we’re highlighting the importance of recognizing signs and symptoms early. Starting conversations with an HCP sooner may accelerate the path to treatment options, including biosimilars which may help expand access to care.

are highly similar versions of existing biologic medicines that work the same way but often cost less, potentially helping more people access the treatment they need.

More than just a name change. PCOS (polycystic o***y syndrome) has been renamed to PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome), but it goes beyond semantics – the update acknowledges the condition’s complexity and better represents its full impact on a woman’s health.

By expanding from reproductive health and introducing metabolic and hormonal impact, the new terminology lays the groundwork to potentially improve diagnosis, reduce stigma around fertility issues, and guide better long-term care for women worldwide.

We celebrate this consequential change and commend the researchers, clinicians, advocates, and patients who contributed to its adoption.

The impact of asthma and allergies can go beyond respiratory symptoms. These conditions can be part of a shared immune response that may also play a role in chronic skin conditions, like atopic dermatitis (AD), the most common form of eczema. Atopic dermatitis affects an estimated 16.5 million adults and 9.6 million children under the age of 18 in the U.S., making these connections more common than they may seem. We’re committed to advancing access to treatments for dermatologic conditions, as part of our mission to deliver impactful medicines for a healthier every day.

This , we’re highlighting an important reality: 1 in 5 individuals in the US are impacted by a mental health condition with prevalence being higher amongst women (26.4%) than men (19.7%).

Mental health challenges don’t exist in a vacuum—they can be influenced by many factors, including physical and emotional health experiences associated with infertility, chronic skin conditions like atopic dermatitis or psoriasis, migraines and more.

At Organon, we focus on women’s whole health at every life stage—because support, empathy, and community truly matter. When women feel supported, stigma may fade, conversations can open up, and pathways to care may become clearer. You’re not alone. Raising awareness is just the start—together, we can connect more people to the care they deserve and help everyone live a healthier everyday.

Migraine is often invisible. Its impact is not – especially for women.

For many women living with migraine, the impact can be profound and may vary across different life stages as migraine is a condition that may be intertwined with a woman’s hormonal health across various life stages – from puberty and menstrual cycles to pregnancy, contraception, and menopause.

This may then lead to missed days and reduced participation in social, personal and daily activities, affecting careers, relationships, and mental health.

All while continuing to face stigma, delayed diagnosis, or barriers to care.

At Organon, we’re committed globally to helping raise awareness on the impact to women’s health and support greater understanding of migraine care options.

Because feeling seen, heard, and supported matters.

For Earth Month 2026, Organon celebrated a meaningful sustainability milestone:
🌱 Thanks to our founders’ participation in Earth Day activities since 2023, our global Earth Day program planted 12,446 trees–one for every activity completed.

We began April with 9,142 trees planted between 2023 and 2025. Thanks to the continued engagement of our founders around the world, 3,304 will be planted in 2026, surpassing the 10,000‑tree mark—a clear, measurable achievement built on years of consistent action.

Our Earth Day forests, created in collaboration with Natuurpunt near our Heist manufacturing site in Belgium, contribute to long‑term ecosystem restoration and locally protected biodiversity. Open to the public and clearly signposted, they connect our environmental commitments to something real, visible, and lasting.

A healthier planet supports healthier communities—and each tree brings us closer to a more sustainable future for women, their families, economies, and society.

Prioritizing health can happen in phases. A KFF Women’s Health Survey published in 2021 found that while more than 93% of women had seen a health care provider in the past two years, only 73% had a general check-up or well-woman visit.

A well-woman visit is an opportunity to check in, ask questions, and better understand your overall health. Many definitions reduce women’s health needs to only reproductive health, but a well-woman visit goes beyond this. It’s a whole-health appointment aimed at managing your physical and mental health, discussing lifestyle choices, and more.

At Organon, we’re committed to supporting women through every phase of their health journey—helping ensure they have the information, confidence, and resources they need to have meaningful conversations with their doctors and get the answers and treatments they deserve.
