Island Escape: A Personal Journey

As the founder of this collection, my heart is deeply rooted in the breathtaking beauty of Trinidad and Tobago and the entire Caribbean. Island Escape, is not just about candles; it’s a tribute to my upbringing and the vibrant culture that inspired and shaped me.

1. Hibiscus Haven: This scent takes me back to those sun-kissed mornings walking to school, when the hibiscus adorned the front yard of my neighbors houses, filling the air with their delicate floral fragrance. It’s a reminder of the peaceful moments spent in nature.

2. Island Herb Garden: Growing up, our own yard was alive with the aromas of fresh herbs. My dad will pick them to cook the most delicious meal. But before he did, the notes of each herb told its own story. This fragrance encapsulates those cherished memories of the rich culinary heritage of the Caribbean.

3. Coastal Vibe: The sound of waves crashing and the salty breeze are etched in my soul. Harden is the Caribbean term for stubborn!

Some of y’all are “harden” when it comes to using your diffuser! Flipping the sticks too often can clog them, preventing you from fully enjoying your Caribbean paradise scent.

Just place the sticks in, set it, and forget it! And remember, flip the sticks only once a month for the best experience.

So don’t be harden and go with the Caribbean flow!

Take Your Child to Work Day has always been special to me! Today, I welcomed my kids to the warehouse for the first time!

They explored entrepreneurship in the candle and home fragrance biz, shared creative ideas, and even helped with a wholesale order. We had fun enjoying snacks and squeezing in some homework too!

It’s amazing to see them experience this firsthand and spark their entrepreneurial spirits!
