One workout. Full-body activation.
Every exercise in this routine has a purpose:
✨ Lateral band squats – activate the glute medius and glute maximus for stronger, more stable hips and knees.
✨ Squat hold with overhead reach – strengthens the quads, glutes, calves, shoulders, and deep core while improving posture.
✨ Side leg lifts – target the glute medius, outer hips, and obliques to improve pelvic stability and balance.
✨ Reverse tabletop leg extension – works the glutes, hamstrings, posterior shoulders, triceps, and core.
✨ Standing balance drive – challenges the glutes, hip flexors, calves, ankle stabilizers, and core for better coordination.
✨ Mountain climbers – strengthen the core, shoulders, chest, hip flexors, and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Train the muscles that keep your body strong, stable, and pain-free—not just the ones you see in the mirror.
