Leona Harter is an acupuncturist, holistic nutrition and health coach, and a yoga and fitness instructor. They believe that everything should be in balance and that one's life should be lived in harmony with one's surroundings. Acupuncture, yoga, and holistic nutrition consultations are unique in that they take into account the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. We emphasize natural methods o

f healing and well-being, focusing on nutrition, movement, and self-care. Coaching sessions may include holistic dietary recommendations and/or setting exercise goals. We also look at sleep patterns, water intake, and work towards “crowding out” any foods, substances, or habits that are not serving your health. Most importantly, we focus on how to cope with stress, learn to take deep breaths, and call upon your body’s natural healing abilities. Learn to listen to your your body, how to eat whole, natural, nourishing foods and feed your family at the same time. Obtain sample meal plans for healthy eating and living, create a vision for your health, and receive coaching and accountability to help you achieve your goals. Each session is unique to your personal needs. Sessions are done in phases, re--training the body to work with you, not against you. We currently offer the following services via zoom:

As most know, my brick and mortar business closed several years ago. Although I have periodically offered online yoga classes, all online services are suspended indefinitely. I have left my page and website up for informational purposes.

If you can believe it, November is right around the corner. One thing I love to do every November is to make a mindful decision to focus on gratitude throughout the month. It’s remarkable what this small effort can do to your mood, mindset and overall happiness.

If you’d like to join me in my November Challenge this year, I’d love to have you!
I’m going to mix it up and include some movement in by doing a plank each day, too.

I like to call this Planksgiving - and you can join me by simply joining my Facebook Group at the link below.

We’ll get started on November 1st. Each day will consist of a plank challenge, with gratitude challenges Monday through Friday. If you'd like to participate with a friend, just invite them to join the group with you. The more the merrier.

Family Dynamics... Einstein (the big black kitty) has taken on the role of the dad. Church ( the big grey kitty who I might add is a boy) has taken on the role of the mom. The two babies (totally unrelated) have been accepted into the pack without question. Now, if everyone could be this accepting the world would be a much nicer place! Shanti! (Peace)
