I absolutely LOVED 🥰 doing this fall “pumpkin spice” inspired color! We are changing some spotty color she had gotten from another salon. We blended out the spots and decided to change the tone for a fall inspired look! I’ve known this amazing lady for years and I was so happy to have her feeling more like herself today!

All of these colors are completely different, but they all are a technique called “grey blending”. No root color was used to cover the “sparkles” in the lovely ladies hair!

That means:

👍Natural look: Gray blending involves adding subtle highlights or lowlights to the hair to blend the gray strands with the natural color. This technique creates a more natural and gradual transition, making it less noticeable when the hair grows out.
🙌Low maintenance: Gray blending requires less frequent touch-ups compared to solid root color. As the gray hair grows out, it blends seamlessly with the colored hair, reducing the need for frequent salon visits.
👐Softens the appearance: Gray blending can soften the overall look of the hair, making it appear more youthful and vibrant. It adds dimension and depth to the hair, giving it a more natural and healthy appearance.

💇🏻‍♀️Yesterday I had so much fun removing all of this banding (➡️swipe for the before photo! 📸) we then did a base color and highlight to blend everything together! color and styling products came in handy for this one! ❤️
