Love yourself when you think you did something wrong.

Love yourself when you think you are going crazy.

Love yourself when you feel guilty or ashamed.

Love yourself when youโ€™re trying so hard to release a limiting belief.

๐Ÿ™ We are all feeling the collective energy of humanity right nowโ€ฆthe sorrow, the anger, the pain, the suffering.

At the same time, we can feel the energies shifting, our powers and gifts expanding, we are releasing so much old gunk, we are merging with our Higher Selves, we are looking into fearโ€™s eyes and saying โ€œf*** no. No moreโ€ and stepping deeper into our courageous hearts.

Weโ€™re starting to see through it, learn more, make different choices, create healthy boundaries, get back into our bodies and feel everything in the present moment.

We are unlearning conditions that were injected into us, clearing away programmings, limiting beliefs and mind-controlโ€ฆand yeah, that can be intense.

I feel you Sister.

I feel you Brother.

Weโ€™re gonna keep going.

Weโ€™re gonna keep unraveling our untruths and step deeper into our empowerment, our knowing, our wisdom.
