How do you practice self-care? ❤️

Recovery has taught me I can’t run myself into the ground and call it “being of service.”

Sometimes self-care is a meeting. Sometimes it’s a boundary. Sometimes it’s 20 minutes in a sauna doing absolutely nothing. 😂
