Check out the new Tiger Creek Wellness Library 🌿

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on a brand new Tiger Creek Wellness website — and one of the parts I’m most excited about is the Wellness Library.

The Wellness Library is being created as a growing collection of educational wellness articles, downloadable guides, and practical natural support resources designed to help people better understand their bodies and support wellness naturally.

Topics currently being added include things like:
• digestion & gut health
• hormone balance
• headaches & migraines
• immune support
• sleep & nervous system support
• liver support
• menstrual cramps
• herbal teas
• castor oil packs
• natural wellness practices

The goal is to create a place where people can learn practical, approachable wellness information without the overwhelm.

I want this library to become something people can actually USE in real life — whether that’s learning how to properly brew medicinal tea, understanding why harsh detoxes often backfire, or finding gentle support strategies for common concerns.

It’s definitely still a work in progress (there are MANY more articles and downloads coming 😅), but I’d love to hear from you:

✨ What topics or wellness concerns would YOU like to see included in the Wellness Library?

You can comment below or message me privately if there’s something specific you’d love to learn more about.

I’m really excited to continue building this into a valuable wellness resource over time 🌿

This is too good not to say it straight…you’re about to miss this if I don’t 😅

🚨 This sale is almost over… and I almost didn’t share it 🚨

Pure Haven cleaning products are 25% OFF right now
👉 PLUS an extra 15% off if you’re new

And honestly…this is one of those “don’t wait” situations.

I’ve been using Pure Haven to clean my home since 2016.
And listen—I’ve tried it all:

• “clean” brands
• “natural” brands
• DIY Pinterest concoctions 🫠

…and I always come back to this.

Why?

✔️ 100% toxin-free
✔️ actually works (like REALLY works) 😄

My absolute must-haves 👇

🧼 Surface Cleaner (my #1 favorite)

Smells so good it makes me want to clean 😍

I use it everywhere:

• kitchen
• bathroom
• living room

👉 It removes food proteins (not all cleaners do this 😬)

🍽️ Dish Soap

They’ve improved this SO much—hello bubbles! 😄

But let’s be real…

If you’re using conventional dish soap (👀 Dawn)…

🤢 Every time you eat, you’re ingesting residue.

That shine and scent? It’s designed to stick to your dishes…not rinse off.

Yeah…gross. 🤮

💥 Master Blaster (MUST HAVE)

This one does it ALL:
• pet accidents 🐶
• grass stains 👕
• gym clothes 🤢
• wine stains 🍷
• carpet, furniture, shoes

It’s the “how did that even come out?!” product 🙌

🛁 Scrubbing Cleanser

My go-to for:

• sinks
• toilets
• showers

Anything that needs a little grit 💪

(I’ve even used it on cast iron 😅)

🧺 Laundry Detergent (soapbox moment)

If there’s ONE swap to make…this is it.

You:

• wear it all day
• sleep in it all night

That’s 24/7 exposure 😬

And those “bright white” clothes?
They’re not cleaner…
👉 They’re coated in chemicals that reflect light to look whiter 🤢

Yeah…no thanks.

✨ Bottom line:

Start clearing your home (and your body) of the junk.
Make the switch.

Your future self will thank you 😄

💡 These products are available individually, but they also come in a discounted bundle (already reduced before the sale)—so you can save even more right now.

If you’ve been thinking about trying it…this is your moment.
Don’t miss the sale.

Most people are given a name for what’s going on in their body.

Hormone imbalance. Thyroid issue. Digestive problem. Acne.

And from there, the focus becomes how to manage it.

Which makes sense—of course you want relief.

But there’s a piece that often gets overlooked.

Symptoms are not the problem.
They’re the signal.

They’re your body’s way of letting you know something underneath isn’t functioning the way it should.

When we focus only on suppressing those symptoms, without asking why they’re happening, the underlying issue doesn’t go away.

It just shows up differently.

This is why so many people feel like they’re:

Doing what they’ve been told
Trying the “right” things
But still not seeing lasting change

The difference between conventional and holistic medicine is this:

One focuses on identifying and managing symptoms.

The other asks what those symptoms are trying to tell us—and how to address the root cause.

This is something I see over and over again in practice.

And once you understand it, things start to make a lot more sense.

I wrote about this in more detail this week.

I’ll put the link in the comments.

Spring is here—time to reawaken your digestion after winter's heavier meals and hidden toxins like glyphosate in conventional produce.

Quick tip: Add just one tablespoon of homemade fermented veggies to each meal. Start with organic cabbage for classic sauerkraut, or mix in seasonal carrots, beets, radishes, or cauliflower for variety. The live probiotics repopulate your gut microbiome, boost enzymes, ease bloating, and cut cravings—rooted in ancient food wisdom.

(Pro tip: Use sea salt only, no vinegar—let nature do the work for true benefits.)

Things are waking up again! 🌱

𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒕 𝑻𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 🌱

January is often about resetting.
February is about stabilizing.

March is when the body begins to wake up.

This is the time of year many people expect to feel better. The days are getting longer, the weather begins to shift, and winter is ending — yet a lot of people actually feel worse right now.

More tired, not less.
Headaches.
Skin changes.
Mood swings.
Digestive issues.
Allergies beginning.
Sleep feeling unsettled again.

It isn’t random.

All winter the body naturally runs in a slower, storage-oriented state. Digestion is heavier, movement is reduced, and metabolism quiets. As spring approaches, your body begins turning systems back on — especially digestion, bile flow, and elimination pathways.

Spring is not when the body suddenly becomes healthy.
Spring is when the body tries to restore balance.

When that shift starts faster than the body can keep up, symptoms appear. What many people think of as new problems are often the body mobilizing what winter stored.

This month we’ll be focusing on regulation and renewal — supporting the body’s natural spring transition gently instead of forcing it.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing:

• Why digestion often changes in early spring
• The role of bitter herbs like dandelion, chickweed, and cleavers
• How to support liver and lymphatic movement without harsh cleanses
• Foods that help the body transition out of winter
• Why this season commonly triggers fatigue, headaches, and skin flares

This isn’t detox season.
It’s regulation season.

If you’ve felt “off” lately but can’t explain why — your body may simply be doing exactly what it was designed to do this time of year.

I’ll be teaching much more in the Everyday Herbalist -- with Kim Moynihan, Master Clinical Herbalist community as well, where I share recipes, simple herb uses, and practical ways to support your body at home.

Over the past few years, I’ve realized something:

Social media posts aren’t a great place to really teach health.
Important things get shortened or lost in the scroll.

So I’ve reopened my education community where I share practical guidance on sleep, energy, digestion, hormones, food, and herbs — the same everyday principles I teach my clients.

If you’d like to learn in a more relaxed, conversational space, you’re welcome to join:

👉 Everyday Herbalist -- with Kim Moynihan, Master Clinical Herbalist

This page will still be where I post Tiger Creek Wellness updates, openings for new clients, classes, and product announcements.

The group will be where I share the day-to-day education and conversations.

Emma’s Story – PCOS & Regulation

Emma came to me after being diagnosed with PCOS.

She had already tried changing her diet, managing stress, and doing what she was told — but she still struggled with irregular cycles, cravings, bloating, and feeling like her body was constantly working against her.

When Emma started working with Tiger Creek Wellness, we didn’t jump straight into doing more.

We looked at how PCOS actually works.

PCOS isn’t just a hormone issue — it’s a regulation issue. Blood sugar, insulin, inflammation, liver function, and the nervous system are all involved. When those systems are under constant stress, symptoms tend to feel louder and harder to manage.

That’s why one of the early foundational steps in Emma’s protocol was reducing synthetic fragrance and phthalates in her home — everyday products that can add stress to already sensitive systems.

These compounds don’t cause PCOS, but they can worsen insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormone signaling when the body is already struggling to regulate.
Emma was surprised by how much that mattered.

Over time, her bloating eased, periods became manageable, acne resolved, and her energy felt steadier. For the first time in a while, her body felt less reactive and more responsive.

She told me, “It finally felt like my body wasn’t fighting me anymore.”

That’s often where meaningful progress with PCOS begins — not by doing more, but by removing what the body has been quietly fighting against.

Oh my gosh. I say this all the time. Trader Joe’s is the opposite of healthy food. It’s mostly highly processed food with horrible ingredients. 👇🏻

Sandra’s Story – Insulin Resistance & Energy

Sandra came to me after few months after being diagnosed with insulin resistance.

She was motivated and proactive. She changed the way she was eating right away because she didn’t want to become a type 2 diabetic. She cut back on sugar, focused on balanced meals, and did what she thought she was supposed to do.

But despite her efforts, she still didn’t feel right.

By mid-afternoon, her energy crashed.
Cravings felt intense and frustrating.
Her weight felt stubborn.

And she described feeling tired but also strangely wired — like her body couldn’t find a steady rhythm.

That’s when she decided to seek support from Tiger Creek Wellness.

As part of her overall protocol, we didn’t just look at food. We looked at the entire picture — including what her body was being exposed to every single day.

One of the first foundational steps was removing synthetic fragrance and phthalates from her home — laundry products, personal care items, and heavily scented cleaners.

Sandra was genuinely surprised by what followed.

Her afternoon crashes vanished.
Her cravings disappeared.
Her energy steadied.

She told me, “I had no idea something I used on my body could affect my body like that.”

That change didn’t fix everything — and it wasn’t meant to.

But it removed a constant stress signal her body had been responding to every day, allowing the rest of her protocol to finally work the way it was designed to.

Sometimes progress doesn’t start with doing more — it starts with removing what the body has been quietly fighting against all along.
