Most people hear "red light therapy" and immediately think of skin health. While it can support collagen production and help reduce the appearance of fine lines, that's only part of the story.

Red light therapy has also been studied for its potential benefits related to pain management, recovery, inflammation, neuropathy, and even gut health.

It's one of the many tools we use at Heal U to support wellness from multiple angles and help clients find an approach that works for them.
