One of the greatest gifts of entrepreneurship isn’t just owning a business, it’s creating a life.

This week, that life looked like a trip to Santa Fe, a relaxing day at Ojo Spa, incredible food at Blue Heron, and a chance to slow down long enough to enjoy the journey.

There were years when I worked nonstop, wondering if all the sacrifices would be worth it. Moments like these remind me why I kept going.

Freedom doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built one decision, one risk, one early morning, and one act of faith at a time.

Grateful for the adventure, the memories, and the opportunity to build a business that allows me to experience both.

I built this business one farmers market at a time.

Back in 2019, I was showing up at every farmers market and vendor event I could find.

And honestly… that’s where everything started changing.

Not just financially… but personally too.

I started making friends, meeting families, and connecting with parents, grandparents, and kids who trusted me and believed in what I was creating.

So many people supported me during the very beginning of this journey, and looking back now… I truly would not be where I am without this community.

During the first six months of my business, I built almost everything through farmers markets and vendor events.

One conversation.
One customer.
One weekend at a time.

And it still means so much to me today.

Especially knowing these products are still helping so many people during allergy season right now.

I used to fake smiles while silently stressing about money.

A few years ago, weekends felt completely different for me. I was financially overwhelmed, constantly worried, and secretly wondering how I was going to hold everything together.

This weekend, while I was out enjoying the strawberry festival, other markets, friends, and life… I had one of those moments where I realized how much life has changed.

This is why I worked so hard.

Not just for money - but for freedom.

This tiny table changed my entire life.

When I started this business, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing.

No perfect branding.
No business plan.
No roadmap.

I was just trying to rebuild my life after one of the hardest seasons I had ever been through.

But I had this feeling that if I created something helpful and kept showing up…
maybe it could turn into something bigger.

So I signed up for my first market.

Looking back now, that one decision changed everything.

What most people didn’t know in 2018…

was that behind these photos, I was struggling more than almost anyone realized.

Financially, my life had completely fallen apart. I was a divorced single mom and had been faking it for quite a while. I was doing everything I could to hold it together, stay positive for my kids, and pretend things were okay while secretly wondering how I was going to make it through.

Looking back now, I can see that season completely differently.

Because somewhere in the middle of all of it… I realized something had to change.

Not just financially… but mentally.

I stopped focusing on everything that had fallen apart and started focusing on what I could build from there.

That shift changed everything.
