Wow! So sorry y'all.. I ghosted this account. But my old facebook got hacked and had no access to this page. Anyways.... I had to create a new page and also have a new profile now... This page will be going away. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years! It has been such a great journey!

New name, new season, new all the things. Closing Chapters are hard. MC- Meat Co has been my baby for so long but new beginnings and new things are good. I'll be running everything under CNL Ranch now, which is my husband and I's business.

I don't have any meat inventory yet. But when I do you will hear about it!

After a year of dating I felt like it was time to introduce the mysterious grizzly man in my stories. 🤣
A year ago today I got suckered into going to a gala with this man. We just bought a half miler sprinkler from him and he asked me if I wanted to go and sit at the WKI table. I was like sure I’ll go with ya. It’s about time I get some perks from spending so much dang money with y’all… well little did I know that it was actually more than just a customer appreciation thing 🙃
Fairly early into the night I was like I think this is more than a customer appreciation thing. I was a little upset with myself cause I was like Lettie how are you so oblivious to this stuff and how in the world do I always get roped into this crap. I was so over men at this point and relationships. I figured it wouldn’t last though and I just had to ride the wave.
He asked me to go to his moms the next day and I thought he was a little crazy for already asking me to go to his parents. Granted we have known each other forever. He always been my sprinkler man cause quite frankly he’s the best there is and takes care of his customers. I went for a little and ditched him for a galentines with my sister. Not intentionally ditched, but I did have plans previously. I figured He would give up after that. But He didn’t 🙃
We officially started dating on Valentine’s Day.. I made it hard on him and I literally thought he’d just quit talking to me. I was very honest with him about how I wanted to live, my relationship with God, and my goals/dreams. I told him if that’s not what he wanted he could keep walking..
But for some reason I heard that still small voice say give him a chance Lettie. But I was like God He is literally nothing you told me. And God told me to have faith and watch. So I did.
This is for all the single ladies who think they have to have that perfect package. Anyone really waiting on a promise from God. Sometimes God gives you an opportunity that literally looks like nothing you thought it would. But He wants you to partner with Him and trust Him with the big scary things. God is faithful, and He will do what He said He would. More in comments.

Write a caption... Sometimes the biggest blessings come from things you wrote off and completely discounted. On the outside it looked like a mess, it looked like pure chaise, and absolutely impossible. Heck Even everything inside of you was screaming no. All the logical answers were no. Society told ya no. Everything told you no actually

But you heard that still small voice and it was a yes.
Sometimes God works in the things you never even thought possible but you took the chance. You took that step of faith and it turned out to be the biggest blessing(s) of your life.
What if you miss the most beautiful moments because it doesn’t “look” like how you thought and it wasn’t the look you wanted? So you didn’t even give it a chance. You wrote it off before it even began.
So many opportunities I’ve had in my life look like that. God has always asked me to partner with him to create restoration not in just businesses but also relationships. The Roundtop was a neglected barn with trash piled in it, the Bin was an abandoned grain bin, MC- Meat co is an opportunity to upscale our culls. I’ve had the opportunity to speak into peoples life and call them into their full potential with God and the list just goes on and on. Heck even cotton. 🤣
Even if it didn’t work out before… give it a chance. Give it another go. Don’t ever write off any person or situation or opportunity. You honestly have no idea what blessings are on the other side. Even if it doesn’t turn out like you wanted, somethings are just meant to grow you into what God has for you.

Plant the seeds, regardless of how it might turn out. Be bold. Keep stepping out in faith. You reap what you sow and one day you will see the fruit. But don’t give up. Just keep planting. Also this song is breathing life into my soul 👌🏻

Hey there friends, long time no post on the ole gram. I use to be real good at posting consistently both on my stories and also feed but here lately I’ve just felt like I needed to step back. The flow and creativity has been in other areas of my life and honestly just have been leaning into that.
I’m still here, just haven’t been posting and really just enjoying the season of life I’m in right now. Life has completely and totally changed but all in the best ways.
I’ll share about it all one day but for now I am protecting this season.

I had a deep freeze go out last night and need to move some ground beef before it unthaws. I’m doing a massive sale. It’s in boxes usually 25-30 pounds. Each box is 120 with tax. I’ll be in ulysses & Johnson this evening delivering

He tells you to plant the cotton even when it doesn’t make any sense. He tells you to start a wedding venue in the height of Covid. He tells ya to move home and leave that nice salary. He whispers ever so slightly everyday of things to do that seem like little things but really lead to big things.
You don’t really know the outcome of your yes. I’m not really sure if I’ll ever know the full scope of my yes to that still small voice. I’ll probably never know in till I reach those pearly gates.
I need His voice in my life like I need air in my lungs. The scariest prayer I’ve ever prayed was Lord put me in. Use me how you want, let me be your vessel that at the very least shows love to others like no one has ever experienced.
Loving like Jesus, that’s hard. But I never want to undermine or shut down what God is doing behind the scenes cause I can’t see the bigger picture and it doesn’t “look” like I thought it would. Am I oblivious to a lot of things ohhh probably, but I choose to trust the Lord with my yes.
And regardless of the outcome, I know I did what I was supposed do. And that is the most important thing I can ever do in my life.
It probably looks ridiculous to most. Like planting cotton regardless of what I was told, but living without faith, living without purpose and passion… well to me that’s way more scary. His ways are always better even when we only see a little piece of the pie.

National woman’s day.. a day late and a dollar short always, but grateful for the woman I am today and the woman who have gone before me and paved a way and showed me the ropes on what grit truly means.
Being a woman in this lifestyle isn’t easy. You have to work twice as hard and most of the time in silence. Doing the hard things day in and day out just to have a seat at the table. But that’s where you win. You win by doing the hard things every single day without any recognition or reward. You step up and do what’s best regardless of the outcome.
I’m even more grateful for strong men who support strong women, because let’s be real yall it takes a special man to put up with strong woman. Ask my dad 🫣
Today I am living in blessings that I worked so dang hard to get here. And right now, I’m just enjoying what God is doing and loving every single minute of watching Him. It’s been one heck of a journey but we aren’t done yet. 😉
