FALL FITNESS IS NOW LIVE

Oct 21st, 2024 thru Nov 26th, 2024

Our Fall Class Schedule will run 4x per week.

FF will be a rotating class schedule including Cardio, Upper, Lower & Barbell sessions.

You are able to select single sign up sessions
or purchase by a package.

-When purchasing a Fall Fitness Package you will only be able to redeem your package on an FF Class, all other classes will be excluded from the package-

w e d n e s d a y weight / cardio based class @ 5:30PM
this class will vary in routines weekly, but will ALWAYS be a blast & calorie burner!

s u n d a y spin class @ 9:15AM
an endurance based ride - including hills, flats, seated flats & sprinting. 45 minutes spinning & finishing up with 15 minutes of abs!
