Please join us in celebrating Tammy Pauley for 30 years of dedication at Richland Nursing & Rehab! šŸ’™

Tammy joined our team straight out of college and has been a valued nighttime nurse ever since. Known for her kindness, compassion, and positive attitude, she has made a lasting impact on both residents and staff throughout the years and is greatly loved by those she cares for each day.

Weā€™re excited to kick off National Skilled Nursing Care Week at our facility with this yearā€™s ā€œMoments in Bloomā€ theme, celebrating the small moments of connection, kindness, and care that help our community grow and thrive. šŸŒø

To start the week, we enjoyed PJ Day along with donuts, coffee, assorted teas, popcorn, and snacks for staff and residents to enjoy together.

A special thank you to AseraCare for helping us launch the week with their generosity and thoughtfulness. It was the perfect way to begin a week full of meaningful moments in bloom.
