I’m excited to announce…

The PIT Recovery and Performance is moving into its own building! 🙏🏼

This past year came with a lot of closed doors, unexpected setbacks, broken plans, and moments where it felt like everything I had worked for was getting pushed further away.

But sometimes the detour is the direction.

Today, I’m grateful to say the next chapter is official—I’m moving into my own location.

And I’m so excited to expand into the downtown Jonesboro area, and continue helping more and more of this community.

Right now, I’ll continue serving through massage/manual therapy, recovery work, and performance-based training, but the bigger vision has always been clear.

After graduation and boards, this space will re-brand into a full fledged physical therapy clinic, expanding my scope of practice to better serve all of you.

To everyone who supported me, believed in me, and stood by me through the uncertainty—thank you.

This one means more than most people know.

I told you, we’re just getting started.
I meant it.

Price Update Announcement 📊

As The PIT continues to grow, so does the level of service, education, and quality of care I provide.

Starting session rates will be updated to:
• $90 for initial sessions
• $75 for follow up appointments

All sessions will still be 1 on 1 and individualized care with the goal of helping people escape painful musculoskeletal conditions, remain active, and improve their quality of life.

These changes will go in effect after the new year’s holiday, if you book any appointment date, today or tomorrow we’ll honor the pre-updated price.

We’ve got the biggest plans yet coming in the summer, with huge changes that I cannot wait to share with you all.

2026 is the year to come see us. 🙏🏼

We got an upgrade today for the treatment room!

I’ve wanted an electric table with adjustable height for forever to aide me in manual therapy techniques and easier examinations.

🌟 Client spotlight Eddie & Vicki 🌟

Eddie has coached strength and conditioning, group fitness classes, personal training, and been in the game for many years.

After all the years of training, he developed some shoulder pain and reached out for a helping hand.

In the meantime, his better half Vicki, sustained a pretty excruciating back injury and came for treatment as well.

I’m happy to say they both completed the game plan we had laid out and are pain free.

Thank you both for trusting me with your rehab and look forward to seeing you kill it for many more years!
