Fariss is a major powerhouse with 18 years of group fitness training under her belt & a decade of experience as a certified Barre instructor! Whether you are catching her for Barre or pushing your limits in Soul Shine Strength, she is here to help you dig deep. 💪
Originally a city girl born in Atlanta and raised in Memphis, Fariss has found her ultimate “daily escape” right here with our incredible members. For her, the community is hands-down the best part of the studio!
