DEPOSIT DISCLAIMER
If for any reason you need to change the date of your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment with the intention or rescheduling for another day we will honor your deposit as long as the 48 hours notice, stated above, was given. All deposits are NON refundable after the sketching process has began, no matter the amount of days notice gi
ven. For the appointments with no prior sketching process needed (small tattoos prepared on the spot) the deposit will NOT be refundable if the 48 hours notice isn´t respected. Unless decided otherwise from the start, for tattoos that require multiple sessions, the deposit will be kept and deducted from the total at the final appointment. Clients will be denied their appointment and, unfortunately, lose their deposit if it is revealed on the day that they:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (we can go over the reasons why this forbidden if you are not aware of them). Have any skin conditions affecting the área so much it is deemed dangerous to tatto upon. We take a non-refundable deposit because it ensures us that you are in fact serious about getting the tattoo done with us – we are not only saving time for the actual tattooing process but also spending hours getting your design ready, so we want to make sure that you are as invested as we are! �
We care about each and everyone of our clients so we try our very best to show the tattoo design as soon as we have it ready! Depeding on the difficulty of your idea and the artist that you have selected you might not see the design until 1 or 2 days before the appointment…do not worry, if there are any final changes that need to be made we will take the time to do that, we are here to make great art together! Some artists, depending on the type of work and style draw directly on the skin – “free hand”. If this is your case, we will exlain this to you during the consultation process so it doesn´t come as a surprise the day of the appointment. In the odd chance that the date of the appointment arrives and you are still not happy/clear about the final design we will take the time for a 2nd consultation and reschedule the date for the actual tattoo but we will require a secondary deposit. Remember, we want YOU to be happy but we need you to take our time and efforts into consideration as well. We are all for mutual respect!
