Did something different tonight. Skipped boxing and had a small field trip to Mercy Park to do some strength running ran by my top G . Everyone gave it 100%. Very proud coach!

Parents and strictly girls from the girls class please do not block this "loading dock". I know there are no signs and its not illegal to part on this side of the street but the buisness here closes at 5pm. So please try to get to class a little early and park down the road. Thank you and yes this is an inconvenience, but appreciate it!

Fun fact: Billy Joe Saunders is one of Coach Mosburg's favorite southpaw boxers. He won the belt against Andy Lee. Andy Lee is now a great coach to many British fighters and became one of my favorite coaches to study!
