We offer a wide assortment of natural and organic groceries, bulk foods, refrigerated & dairy products, and frozen foods, as well as vitamins and herbs. Rainbow features the largest selection of fresh produce in Southeast Alaska, including over 60 different organic produce items every day. Our lunch bar serves soup, pizza, hot entrees, sandwiches, and salads every weekday from 11 a.m. We also bake

Ingredients
1/2 Cantaloupe
1 Pint of raspberries
5 Cherries
1 Apple Cosmic Crisp
1 Lime
7 Strawberries
Santa Cruz mango lemonade
Forager cashew yogurt

Recipe
Wash all your fruit
Cut up your melon, apple, strawberries, and cherries.
Add them to a bowl with your raspberries.
Squeeze some lime juice on top.
Enjoy with your Santa Cruz mango lemonade and your Forager cashew yogurt.

New hummus recipe featuring

Ingredients
1 15 ounce can of Westbrae garbanzo beans
1/4 cup of Once Again tahini
2 tablespoons Napa Valley Natural olive oil plus more for serving
1/2 cup sweet and tangy red peppers
1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Dash of paprika
Parsley to garnish
Optional
Late July sea salt and lime chips
Simply Mills rosemary and sea salt crackers

Recipe
Add your garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, and red peppers to your food processor.
Squeeze the juice out of your lemon and into your food processor.
Crush and mince your garlic cloves and add them to your food processor.
And your ground cumin, chili powder, and paprika to the food processor.
Purée your ingredients until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
Chop up your parsley.
Add olive oil and chopped parsley to garnish.
