I’ve always admired self-expression as another form of art — outfits, makeup, hair, jewelry, all of it. Which is why I wanted this two year celebration to feel creative, expressive, welcoming, and full of good energy ✨

So yes, this is your sign to dress up, wear the outfit, do the makeup, be extra, be creative, whatever makes you feel like YOU 🖤

I’ll be putting together a little memory frame after the event with Instax photos + notes from anyone who wants to participate. There will be a little photo area where you can snap a photo, keep one for yourself, and leave one behind for the frame, along with a little card where you can leave a note, doodle, favorite studio memory, advice, kind words, or honestly anything you want to leave behind as part of Glitter “N” Ink’s two year celebration ✨

I’ve realized how much I value having time with a piece before it ever reaches stencil day.

Time to refine things, think through placement, adjust details, and create something that feels intentional instead of rushed.

Honestly, a huge part of why I switched over to session-based pricing and booking farther out is because I wanted the entire experience to feel more thoughtful from start to finish. Not rushed. Not squeezed in. Not treated like “just another appointment.”

We’re creating something that’ll live on your body for life.

I want there to be room for the conversations, the planning, the design process, the placement decisions, the tiny adjustments, the breaks when needed, and the overall experience of it all — not just the actual tattooing part.

Some pieces come together quickly, but some of the best ones start as an idea months before stencil day ever happens. ✨

I promise you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Some of the best tattoos start with a simple idea and we build from there.

A few things that really help me:

✨ Placement/location A photo of the area can help if you have other tattoos nearby or if I want to sketch directly over the area to get the best flow and fit. Not totally required though!

✨ Photos of things you like Even if it isn’t the exact object you want tattooed. Maybe you love dark florals, nature, vintage art, color palettes, witchy vibes, soft feminine pieces, etc. It helps me get a feel for your style and overall vibe.

✨ A little about the idea Examples: “I want to create something for my kids,” “I love flowers,” “I want an animal incorporated,” “I want something meaningful,” etc.

✨ Size Even a rough idea helps! “Palm size,” “around 4–5 inches,” “small,” “medium,” etc.

And if you still don’t know some of these answers, that’s okay too. We can figure it out together.
