Effing Grateful.
There’s no doubt that spirit is guiding me.
I dreamed… literally prayed for a day like today. Where I would have this safe happy amazing life and to share moments like these with other amazing women I call friends.
I started off in meditation and manifestation. I knew what my heart was missing.

After years of Soundbath and now workshops and ceremony
We gather in parks and beaches to let all of our fears and worries go. We strive to be better human beings for the world and always show up for each other.
My heart. My whole heart. I can’t tag everyone but Eve and Patricia! Kim , Laura! Suzanne and Abbie, and sometimes John!

You all have supported me through so much and you are such a great part of my journey.

A morning of intention, connection, and a little ocean magic. ✨🌊

We began with a sound bath to quiet the mind and open the heart.

Each woman chose flowers with purpose—flowers to brush away what no longer serves, soft blooms to invite ease, beauty, and feminine flow.

Together we created intention wands with selenite, wrapping them with intentions, hopes, and reminders of who we are becoming.

Then we carried them to the shoreline, offering gratitude to the ocean and the endless creative energy that flows through all things.

These beautiful wands now serve as a daily ritual—a gentle sweep through the aura at the end of the day, releasing what isn’t ours to carry and returning to our own light.

I was reminded of this girl from 8 years ago.
I forgot…
I reread what it says and that girl was sooo backed into a corner. She was so sad at her world around her.

I’m grateful for the path to get here. I’m thankful for the death of so much and the rebirth of a woman who knows that love and healing are possible
