I am a mess from a serious workout, skiing and swimming and to elevate my protein and workout game and gain muscle, keep the metabolism high must use Vital Proteins! You will build muscle and energy. Vital proteins in my honest opinion although it was complimentary from Influenster, is a major source of protein, collagen, and a dissolving powder to add to cooking or just water.

Nespresso coffee from the machine taste like it was made in an international café! I love the new flavors and it’s so easy to make one cup at a time in the morning or an afternoon pick me up. They are delicious foamy and a great value for coffee at home. I am obsessed with the new double espresso! ☕️
