Unsupported SA Chest Press 💪🏼

Start on your back with your feet unsupported in the air while pressing the DB with one arm.

The goal here is to maintain core stability throughout the movement. Focus on keeping your back flat and avoid rocking side to side. Stay controlled and create a strong, stable base with each rep.

Great exercise to challenge the core while building upper body strength at the same time.

Let's Talk Recovery 💪🏼

This is a PNF hamstring stretch variation where we’re actively working into end range to create tension throughout the hamstring. This allows for a deeper stretch while also helping strengthen the tendons and surrounding connective tissue.

It’s a great recovery tool for improving blood flow, clearing out metabolic waste, and delivering oxygen-rich blood back into the muscle to help speed up recovery. Will you be adding this to your recovery routine?

Movement Monday: Single Leg RDL

Start with the dumbbell in the opposite hand of the leg staying on the ground. Focus on pushing the hip back while lowering under control, going as far as you can before losing balance.

One common thing we see is the hip opening up as you lower down. A good adjustment to help keep the hips square is reaching the weight across toward the opposite foot. This helps keep that hip closed and improves overall control and stability throughout the movement. 💪🏼
