Each instructor completes:
• 500+ hours of training
• 18+ months of education
• In-depth study of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement
• Hands-on teaching with real client experience

And that training is supported by the equipment we use.
Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers with towers, along with additional apparatus—
allowing for a more comprehensive, precise, and elevated Pilates experience.
