I’m lucky to have many titles in my life!
“Mom!” Has been my greatest honor and reward!
“Wife,” continues to fill my deepest wounds with love, and “st ends” completes the love loop of my parenter in crime making my family whole!
Becoming “Muzzy,” carries my family’s history into my family’s future! My great grandma started off as “Muzzy,” to my dad and his siblings. She transformed to “Grandma Muzzy,” to her great grandchildren and has been my namesake my entire life!

Mana, to me, is something you stay connected to. I revitalize my connection in the ocean.

There’s something about stepping into the water—
feeling the temperature shift, the pull of the tide, the rhythm of the waves—
that recenters me, I respire with the earth.

The ocean quiets.
It clears what isn’t mine to carry.
It reminds me to breathe, to trust, to be present… to go with the flow.

This is where I cultivate my mana.
Not by force… but by moving with our world.
Returning to alignment.

Because when I care for myself in this way,
I show up differently—for my patients, my family, and my life.
