You don't have to be in crisis to have a session with me.

Sometimes people come because there's only one thing they want to change:
it might be a decision they can't seem to make.
Something from the past that still effects them.
A relationship pattern they keep repeating.
Anxiety that's disrupting their life, or they simply know something in their life needs to change and they're not sure how to get there.
Every person is different, which is why I don't believe in taking everyone through exactly the same process.

I use a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, timeline therapy, coaching and counselling depending on the person and what we're working with.
Sometimes one session can uncover far more than you expected.
If there's something you'd like help changing please get in touch.

I’ve created something new .

The Confident Life Collective is an online community for people who want to understand themselves better, make positive changes and stop getting pulled back into the same old patterns.

We’ll explore things like anxiety, relationships, confidence, boundaries, overthinking, self-trust and creating the future you want, with practical support along the way.

How often do you think about what you would actually like your life to be like
We can become so caught up in what needs to be done today that we give little thought to what were creating for tomorrow

Take A few minutes today to imagine your life a year from now , what would you like to be seeing, hearing. Feeling. Experiencing? Where would you like to be and with whom?

Sometimes giving ourself permission to want Something more is where it starts.

What does success look like or mean to you?
Everybody’s version of success is different, it’s not always about earning more money or achieving a big goal.
Success can also be things like:
*feeling calmer
*Setting a boundary and saying no to someone.
*Believing in yourself.
