Hey friends!

A lot of you have been asking about my recent weight loss, so I have posted my interview video with my friend and colleague, Alyssa Omdal.
The products that have been game changers for me are called CURB and Liquid BioCell collagen.
After 13 years of peri-menopause, this last year had really taken a toll. I wasn't sleeping well, having night sweats, fatique, and the extra 20 lbs I had gained during peri-menopause wasn't coming off, even with eating clean and strength training.

Saturday = A blend of great music and moves, using the influences of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. No experience necessary for either class.
