A meditative, musical journey to access cellular memory and the energy centers in the body and help release/heal emotions and negative thoughts and experiences. May bring insight and inspire creativity and spiritual renewal.

Can assist with major life changes, grief/loss, job stress, burnout, fear/anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, blocked creativity and finding meaning & purpose.
