Applications are now open for George Washington Carver Food Research Institute 's 2026 Explore Ag STEAM Academy!
Rising 10th to 12th graders are encouraged to apply for this academy hosted in partnership at the Kalamazoo RESA Career Connect Campus from June 15-26, 2026.
During the academy, attendees will learn through hands-on experiments and tours, about agriculture, food science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, and more!
It costs $250 and scholarships are available. Application deadline closes on February 28, 2026. This academy is perfect for any teen interested in pursuing careers in the food or healthcare industries.
