So sow LOVE into yourself daily.

Moms. Wives. Ladies. WOMEN.

Take care of yourself. No matter what.

There’s a reason they tell you on an airplane to put your oxygen mask on first before helping anyone else.

The same is true in life.

If you have a husband, children, a family, a career, people depending on you—you cannot continually pour from an empty cup and expect to thrive.

And making excuses, putting yourself last, or constantly justifying why you “don’t have time” for yourself? That’s insanity.

Take a deep breath.

Write down what YOU need.

Then start doing it.

Move your body. Nourish yourself. Rest. Pray. Get quiet. Make the appointment. Set the boundary. Ask for help.

Sow into yourself every single day.

Because what you sow today is what you’ll eventually reap.
