You do not need a complicated grocery haul to eat in a way that supports fat loss, strength, or muscle gain.
Start with a few simple staples and build most of your meals around them.
For carbs:
▶️ Potatoes
▶️ Rice
▶️ Oats
▶️ Berries
▶️ Fruit
For protein + fats:
▶️ Lean ground beef
▶️ Chicken breast or thighs
▶️ Eggs / egg whites
▶️ Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
▶️ Avocado or olive oil
Then keep your meals simple:
✅ Eggs + egg whites with potatoes and fruit
✅ Ground beef bowl with rice or potatoes, veggies, and avocado
✅ Chicken with roasted potatoes, veggies, and a sauce you actually enjoy
✅ Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with berries, oats, or cereal
✅ Chicken or beef bowl with rice, veggies, and whatever seasonings make it taste good enough to actually want to eat it again
These foods are not magic.
They just make it easier to get enough protein, fuel your training, manage calories, and stop turning every meal into a decision-making crisis.
If fat loss is your goal, meals like this can make staying in a calorie deficit much easier because they are filling, predictable, and easy to track.
If strength or muscle gain is your goal, the same basic structure still works — you simply adjust portions and calories to support performance and recovery.
You do not need to eat “perfectly.”
You need meals you enjoy enough to repeat, a plan that fits your goals, and consistency over time.
