Happy Birthday to one of the most incredible human we know, Kendra girl ❤️

Freedom Fitness truly couldn’t be more blessed to have you, and neither could I.

You pour your heart and soul into our place and into every single person who walks through our doors. Your empathy, your compassion, your massive loving heart, and the way you genuinely care about people doesn’t come by often.

You have this incredible ability to make people feel seen, supported, valued, and like they belong. You give so much of yourself to all of us, and I hope you know how deeply we feel it.

You’re not just part of Freedom Fitness — you are the heart behind the Freedom we are building.

35 looks damn good on you! I hope this year gives back to you even a fraction of what you give to us!

Happy Birthday, Kendra. We love you just the way you are.
❤️😭😭😭
