The Kamas and Coalville Health Centers are closed today for Memorial Day. We are having problems with our phones being turned on like regular business hours. We apologize for the inconvenience if any patients have been trying to reach us.

The Kamas and Coalville Health Centers will be closed on Monday May 25th. We will re-open Tuesday May 26th.

Jake is an outstanding Physician Assistant at our Kamas Health Center and a trusted provider within our community. He is deeply committed to patient care and is equally passionate about teaching, sharing his knowledge with patients, staff, and students to strengthen understanding and improve care every day.

Jake brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to medicine and values building strong relationships with those he serves. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, which mirrors his appreciation for the close-knit rural community he cares for.
