Impromptu, soundbath shenanigans…

Last night, my roommate brought his friend over around 10 PM. They were seeking out sound healing frequency, healing. The friend was asking me about it, and then explaining his experience one time before and so I whipped out my singing bowls, had them lay on the ground.

Once the friend woke up from the sound bath,

his words were simply “well that was delicious.”

With that being said, I want everyone to know that this is accessible for anyone I can do in-person events , one on one sessions. I also have a special mic 🎙️ for my sound therapy sessions that can be done virtually.

🌋 where it all began for my very first sound bath I held … In Guatemala for my yoga school. We each had to hold space as our last assignment.

🌹 I was asked to collab with a sister to bring my bowls into a Yoni Steam Ceremony

🎤 I was invited to an Open Mic Night and thought why not let me sign up to share my bowls & sing . I did it to get over my stage fright and do something I’d never done.

🌀 Curating & holding space at community events , hoping the late night jam sessions, supporting ppl thru their medicine journeys

🧘‍♀️ Hosting my yoga & sound in the parks near by

🪶 A dear brother asked me to collab with cacao ceremony & contact dancing & E-dance over looking Honolulu

☀️ I was invited to host the sound journey for my very first large public event for Summer solstice

🌺 Being asked to hold space in women circles and sharing my sound bowls

🌳 To God literally sending me to a new home on the island on the East side with a Cacao orchard in the backyard
