ALIGN WITH SOUND and give your nervous system the reset it needs and craves.

A soundbath is an invitation to rest, reset, and rejuvenate. A combination of instruments are played to gently assist your nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest state). This event is meant to be entirely relaxing with no effort or expectations. You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. If needed - mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.

COST:
This series of events is PWYC (pay what you choose), reserve your spot as space is limited. Cash accepted ATD, secure your spot with Marissa.

Join us this Thursday at 6:45pm for Practices to Align with the Full Moon 🌕 this event is a PWYC (pay what you choose) offering with Chelsea Heikes (seah) and Alyce Hayes 🙌🏼

Seah weaves in Ayurvedic elements connected to each moon, including Marma point activation, pranayama, mudra, and herbal tea. Alyce draws a Tarot spread for the group, pulling in lessons from the archetypes. Then we settle in for a 20 minute sound bath, followed by journal and/or meditation prompts and space to share within the collective.
