At Hippocrates Medical Clinic, we are incredibly grateful for the dedication and compassion of our volunteers. We would like to recognize Andrea Gissel Pineda for her outstanding commitment to serving our community.

Andrea began volunteering with the clinic in August 2025 after learning that we were seeking translators. Since then, she has generously shared her time and talents while pursuing her degree in Social Work at GSU. Her passion for helping others, warm spirit, and willingness to serve have made a meaningful impact on both our patients and our team.

We truly appreciate Andrea’s dedication to Hippocrates Medical Clinic and her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Volunteers like Andrea help strengthen our mission of providing compassionate care to the community.

We are honored to introduce Jennette Jones, RN, one of our dedicated Board Members and a deeply valued part of our clinic family.

Jennette serves as the Health Chair for the Kankakee County Branch NAACP, is a member of the Human Rights Committee at Shapiro Center, and actively supports Helping Hands of Hope Counseling & Community Outreach and the Household of Faith Outreach Ministries Food Pantry. She is also a certified CPR Instructor and a committed Registered Nurse with a heart for service.

At Hippocrates Medical Clinic, Jennette will be overseeing our laboratory operations while continuing her outstanding work as a faithful volunteer. Her dedication to health equity, compassion, and community outreach makes her an incredible asset to our mission.
