STOP NORMALIZING BEHAVIORS THAT ARE NOT YOU!

Check yourself.

You do something once and say, “It was just one time.”
You do it again and say, “It's not a big deal.”
Then it happens a third time.

Before you know it, what was occasional has become a habit.

That is where you need to STOP.

Whatever you are doing that you know is not who you want to become, deal with it early.

It could be overeating.
It could be gossiping.
It could be talking too much.
It could be lying or exaggerating.
It could be reckless spending.
It could be watching things that are not good for your spirit.
It could be anger over little things.
It could be procrastination and laziness.

Don't wait until that habit becomes your identity.

Self-control starts with telling yourself the truth.

Stop making excuses.

Tell yourself: “This is not who I want to be. This is not good for me. I need to change, and I start now.”

Sometimes people don't change not because change is impossible, but because they have not DECIDED to change.

Stop saying “That’s just how I am.”

No.

If it is destroying your peace, your health, your relationships, your purpose or your character — work on it.

You may not change overnight, but you must start.

Catch it early.
Set boundaries with yourself.
Practice discipline.
Replace the bad habit with something better.
And when you fall, get up and continue.

Don't let a repeated behavior become your permanent character.

Say it to yourself: “This is not me. I can do better. I will do better.”

Your life will not change until you decide to change.

Master yourself before your habits master you.

STOP MEASURING HIS LOVE BY WHAT HE SAYS WHEN THINGS ARE GOOD. MEASURE IT BY HOW HE SHOWS UP WHEN THINGS ARE HARD.

Anyone can say "I love you."
Anyone can make promises when everything is going well.
Anyone can say beautiful things when they are happy with you.

But pay attention to what happens when life gets difficult.

When you are going through a hard time, does he show up?
When you are hurting, does he even notice?
When you need support, does he make an effort to be there?
When you are struggling, does he stand beside you or does he suddenly disappear?

Love is not just sweet words.
Love is consistency, sacrifice, consideration, responsibility, and presence.

Don't be carried away by what someone says in a good mood. Watch what they consistently DO.

Because someone can tell you "You mean everything to me" and still treat you like you mean nothing.

Don't just listen to the promises. Watch the pattern.

Who is there when it is inconvenient?
Who makes an effort when there is nothing to gain?
Who remembers what matters to you?
Who stays when it is not easy?

That is where you see the difference between words and genuine love.

And please understand this: nobody is perfect. Your partner will have bad days, will make mistakes, and will not always show up perfectly. But over time, effort has a pattern.

So stop measuring love by beautiful words spoken in beautiful moments.

Measure it by consistent actions in ordinary moments, difficult moments, and moments when you need them most.

Because real love doesn't just sound good.

Real love shows up.

THERE IS A SEASON OF YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU NEED FOCUS — NOT DISTRACTION.

There comes a point when you have to become extremely intentional about what you allow around you.

Maybe you are changing careers. Building a business. Waiting on God. Rebuilding your life or chasing a dream you have carried for years.

That is not the season to entertain every person, every conversation, and every distraction.

You need FOCUS.

Sometimes distraction doesn't look dangerous.

It may look like friendship.
It may look like love.
It may look like someone who just wants to talk.
It may look like an opportunity.

But if it consistently takes you away from your peace, your discipline, and your assignment, pay attention.

Not everyone deserves unlimited access to you.

You don't always need an argument. Sometimes you just need to step back.

Reduce communication.
Create boundaries.
Become quiet.
Give yourself space.

Silence is sometimes the boundary you need.

Remember, you are not trying to prove anything to anyone. You are trying to become everything God called you to become.

Don't let someone else's lack of vision become your limitation.

So in this season, tell yourself:

"I love you, but I cannot allow you to distract me from where I am going."

Stay focused.
Protect your peace.
Protect your time.
Protect your energy.
And above all, PRAY.

Ask God for wisdom to know what to pursue, what to release, and who to keep close.

Your future is waiting. Don't let distraction make you late.

IS INSTANT NOODLES REALLY POISON? LET'S TALK ABOUT IT 👇

Many people say noodles will kill you. That's not 100% true.

The noodle itself is just flour - just like pasta or spaghetti. It's not poison, but it's not complete on its own. It's just energy.

The REAL problem is:

1. Eating ONLY the noodles every day without adding anything. You won't get enough nutrients.
2. That small seasoning packet inside. It contains TOO MUCH salt and preservatives which is not good for your blood pressure and heart if you eat it all the time.

HOW TO EAT IT IN A HEALTHY WAY:

Don't throw your noodles away, cook it RIGHT!

✅ Use only half of the seasoning, or throw it away and use your own natural spices - onion, garlic, pepper, ginger, small salt.
✅ Always add VEGETABLES - carrots, cabbage, green beans, spinach.
✅ Always add PROTEIN - egg, chicken, fish, beans.

When you do it this way, it's no longer junk. It's a balanced meal!

So stop fearing the noodles, start fixing how you cook it.

Hope this helps someone! Share to educate others ❤️

✨ WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER! ✨

As you step into this new month, speak peace, productivity, favor, and divine direction over your life.

May the Spirit of God lead you to the right places, the right people, and the right opportunities at the right time.

May He guide your conversations, direct your decisions, and control your reactions. May He give you wisdom to know when to speak, when to be silent, when to move, and when to wait.

This month:
Don't walk by chance, walk by divine direction.
Don't let fear lead you.
Don't let emotions control you.
Don't let confusion decide for you.

ONE OF THE MOST PAINFUL THINGS IN MARRIAGE IS MARRYING SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T RESPECT THE MARRIAGE.

Do you know what hurts deeply?

Marrying someone who says they love you, but still keeps opening doors for other men and other women to enter.

When you are married, you must understand that marriage comes with boundaries.

You cannot keep entertaining people who clearly have romantic intentions toward you and then turn around and say, "But I love my spouse."

You cannot keep giving another man or another woman access to your emotions, your private conversations, your attention, and your time, while expecting your spouse to feel secure.

If you value what you have, you protect it.

You don't leave every door open and then blame someone else for walking through it.

There will always be distractions.
There will always be people who admire you.
There will always be someone willing to tell you what you want to hear.

But when you genuinely value your spouse, you know when to say NO.

You know when a conversation has crossed the line.
You know when someone's attention is no longer innocent.
You know when you need to create distance.

Because protecting your marriage is not only about avoiding physical adultery.

Sometimes the affair begins in the messages.
It begins in the secret conversations.
It begins with deleting chats.
It begins with hiding phone calls.
It begins with sharing things with another person that you should be sharing with your spouse.
It begins with allowing someone else to become emotionally important to you.

And before you know it, a door that was opened "just for friendship" becomes a doorway to destruction.

So please, be careful how you treat someone who loves you genuinely.

Don't take their loyalty for granted.
Don't make them beg for the respect they deserve.
Don't create loneliness inside your own marriage and then wonder why your spouse is hurting.

And let me say this clearly:

Your spouse being faithful does not mean you should test how far you can go.
Their love is not permission for you to disrespect them.
Their patience is not weakness.
Their loyalty is not foolishness.
And their forgiveness should never become an excuse to keep repeating the same behavior.

Everything we do has consequences.
Our choices can bring healing or pain. They can strengthen a marriage or destroy trust.

So before you hurt someone who genuinely loves you, stop and think.

One day, you may realize the person you kept taking for granted was the person who would have stood beside you through everything.

Value your spouse while you still have the opportunity.
Protect what you prayed for.
Protect what you built.
Protect the person you chose.

Because marriage doesn't only need love.
It needs respect, boundaries, loyalty, honesty, and intentional protection.

🧠 NEW WEEK MOTIVATION: KEEP YOUR MIND ACTIVE!

As you step into this new week, don’t just wake up your body — wake up your mind too.

A passive mind will accept anything.
A distracted mind will chase everything.
A negative mind will see problems everywhere.
But an active, intentional mind will look for solutions, opportunities, and possibilities.

Feed your mind with the right things.
Read. Learn. Think. Pray. Reflect. Ask questions.
Surround yourself with people and information that help you grow.

Don’t spend this whole week thinking about what went wrong yesterday. Yesterday is gone.

Train your mind to say:

_“I can learn.”_
“I can improve.”_
“I can start again.”_
“I can make better decisions.”_
“I will not allow fear to control me.”_
_“I will not allow other people’s negativity to determine my direction.”_

And most importantly — guard your mind.

Not every conversation deserves your attention.
Not every argument deserves your response.
Not every opinion deserves space in your head.

This new week, be intentional about what you allow into your mind, because what occupies your mind will eventually influence your words, your decisions, your emotions, and your life.

🧠 Keep your mind active. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep thinking positively. Keep God at the center.

May this new week bring you clarity, wisdom, productivity, and the strength to make the right decisions.

Happy New Week! ❤️

🩺 LET'S TALK ABOUT COPPER DEFICIENCY!

Did you know your body needs copper to stay healthy?

Copper is an essential mineral. It helps your body make red blood cells, supports your immune and nervous system, helps your body use iron properly, and keeps your bones and connective tissues strong.

When you don't get enough copper, you can become deficient.

⚠️ Some possible signs of copper deficiency include:
Unexplained anemia that doesn't improve
Constant tiredness or weakness
Getting sick often / low white blood cells
Tingling, numbness, or trouble walking
Weak or brittle bones
Pale skin

Copper deficiency is not very common, but it can happen — especially in people with certain digestive conditions, after some stomach/bowel surgeries, or in people taking high-dose zinc supplements for a long time.

🥗 How can you get enough copper from food?

You don't need a supplement — just eat a varied diet! Copper-rich foods include:
🦪 Shellfish, especially oysters
🥩 Organ meats like liver
🌻 Seeds - sunflower, sesame
🥜 Nuts - cashews, almonds
🫘 Beans and lentils
🍫 Dark chocolate / cocoa
🍄 Mushrooms
🥔 Potatoes
🌾 Whole grains

Important to know:
More is not always better. Too much copper can be harmful, so don't take copper supplements just because you think you might be deficient.

Also, taking a lot of zinc for a long time can block copper absorption. Don't take high-dose zinc long-term unless your doctor or dietitian recommends it.

💡 Bottom line: Eat a balanced, varied diet. Your body needs many nutrients working together — not just one.

If you have symptoms that worry you, please speak with a healthcare professional. Don't try to diagnose yourself.

Take care of your body. Your health matters. ❤️

🚨 BEFORE YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHILD, READ THIS TO THE END!

A child is not a survival plan.
A child is not a business strategy.
A child is a 20-YEAR RESPONSIBILITY.

I know this will offend some people, but someone has to say the painful truth:

STOP HAVING CHILDREN YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT RAISE!

Before you open your legs again, before you say "I want another baby," ask yourself this brutal but honest question:

"Can I truly afford to RAISE this child for the next 20 years?"

Not just give birth and do a naming ceremony.
Not just post the baby on Facebook.
RAISE.

Because that beautiful baby you are holding today will wake up hungry tomorrow morning.
And the next morning.
And every morning for years.

That child will need diapers today, and school uniforms tomorrow.
That child will need breast milk today, and textbooks, school fees, and exam fees tomorrow.
That child will need paracetamol today, and hospital bills tomorrow.

And here is the part many people ignore: Children grow very fast!

The size 5 shoe you bought last month will be tight next month.
The school uniform you managed to buy this term will be too short next term.
The 500 cedis school fees you struggled to pay this term will become 800 cedis next year.
And hunger does not say, "Oh, your mother has 6 children, so I will not come today."
Sickness does not say, "Your father is jobless, so I will not attack this child."

When you have 1 child, it's one mouth, one school fee, one medical bill.
When you have 6, 7, 8 children, multiply that hunger by 8. Multiply that school fee by 8. Multiply that sickness by 8. Multiply that shame by 8.

And then what happens?

You start living on your phone begging:

"Sis, please, my children have not eaten since yesterday."
"Bro, please pay my child's school fees, they sent him home."
"Auntie, please buy medicine for my baby, she is burning."
"Please help me, God will bless you."

And when that person you are calling also says, "Sis, I am also struggling, my own children have not paid their fees, my rent is due, my business is down," you get angry.

You start saying, "You have money but you don't want to help me."
"You have changed."
"You are wicked."

But my sister, my brother, who told you that your children are their responsibility?

That woman you are insulting is also waking up at 4am thinking of how to feed her own 2 children.
That man you are calling stingy is also hiding from his landlord because he cannot pay rent.
That friend you blocked because she didn't send money also cries at night because her salary cannot cover her own bills.

They love you, but love cannot pay school fees.

Listen to me: Other people's money should NEVER be your family planning method.

Yes, pray hard.
Yes, trust God with all your heart.
Yes, believe that God is a provider.

But don't use "God will provide" as an excuse for refusing to use your brain.

God gave you the same God that gave you faith, He also gave you WISDOM. He gave you condoms, He gave you family planning at the hospital, He gave you the ability to say "Not now, we are not ready," He gave you the ability to plan, work, and save.

Faith without wisdom is foolishness.

You cannot say, "I will keep having children anyhow, God will take care of them," and then when God doesn't drop money from heaven, you start cursing everybody around you for not helping.

You are not trusting God. You are testing God, and you are punishing innocent children.

Look at those children you already have:

Are they eating well?
Are they in a good school or are they always being sacked for school fees?
When they are sick, can you take them to the hospital or do you have to beg first?
Do they have a decent place to sleep or are 5 of them sleeping in one room on the floor?
Are you giving them attention and love, or are you too tired and frustrated because you are overwhelmed?

If you are honest and the answer is NO, then why are you bringing another innocent soul to suffer the same fate?

Children are not competition — "My mates have 5, so I must also have 5."
Children are not retirement plans — "If I have many, one will take care of me."
Children are not to trap a man — "If I give him a child, he will not leave me."
Children are not trophies.

CHILDREN ARE A BLESSING, BUT A BLESSING YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO CARRY.

A child can be a blessing and still suffer if you bring them into poverty you created with your own hands.

So please, I beg you...

Don't count how many children you WANT.
Count how many children you can FEED, EDUCATE, CLOTHE, HOUSE, AND LOVE PROPERLY.

If you can only take care of 2 with dignity, have 2 and raise them like kings and queens.
It is better to have 2 well-raised children than 8 children begging everywh🚨 BEFORE YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHILD, READ THIS TO THE END!
