We're so excited for our upcoming class "Fighting Disease with Good Nutrition" led by registered dietitian, Melissa White, and dietetic student, Gina Reeves, this Saturday at MVP Fitness. We'd love for you to come out to learn what foods fight the most common diseases/health concerns such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and bone health. We'll also have a few recipe samples to try!
