Here’s our flash for Saturday’s event $50 tattoos $20 piercings you can add color to your tattoos five dollars per color, no dermal piercings or below the belt, 18 and up events doors open at noon. We’ll cut the line around 9 or 10! ticket giveaway will be done Saturday night or Sunday morning for tickets to see Guns N’ Roses
