Getting to this phase of life is an important one.
It’s not about cussing or telling people off.
F*cktose intolerance is a sign that it’s time for a healthy boundary.
This big healthy feeling is a sign from your body that you have had enough. Likely awhile ago, but you’ve been ignoring it so now it’s SPICY.
Perhaps this is a pattern for you. A pattern of letting people overstep, shoving down your feelings and then boiling over. Followed by a shame spiral.
The cure for f*cktose intolerance is simple. Listen to your body. Notice it’s cues. How it tightens. When it resists. Journal and self reflect. What’s coming up and why?? Then speak up early and remember clear is kind.
