Okay… my heart is FULL! 🥹💜📚✨

I’ve been getting so many pictures and videos from you all showing me your books, and I just have to say…

THANK YOU!!!🌻

I had no idea that one day I would grow up to be an Author, let alone have written so many books that it takes up a small section on your bookshelf!! I think that is so cool.

So thank you for choosing to support my work!! This means SO much to me. Every purchase, share, post, & tag me in it. 💜

I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported my little author journey so far. ✨📖 And if you’ve been thinking about getting one for yourself, you can find all of my books through Amazon! 🥰👇🏽

🌿 RESTORE YOUR ENERGY — NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET 🌿

Sometimes, all we need is a few intentional minutes to pause, reconnect, and reset.

This new mini-series brings together simple 7–10 minute practices designed to help you slow down, become more aware of your body, and create moments of calm throughout your day.

We will explore 4 simple categories:

🌬️ Breathwork — regulate through the breath
🧠 Mindfulness — reconnect with the present moment
🌿 Movement — release tension through the body
✨ Sensory Exercises — reconnect with the senses

No experience needed. No complicated routines. Just a few mindful minutes to come back to yourself.

Simple practices. Deep reset.
💜 Reconnect. Regulate. Restore. 💜

I have a huge announcement, my business Lotus Evolutionary is in the process of rebranding. We are evolving into Warriors Flow Wellness. ♡

Over the past few years, my journey, vision, and purpose have continued to evolve — and so has my business. What began as Lotus Evolutionary was born from healing, awakening, and personal transformation. The lotus symbolized growth through darkness and the beauty of becoming. That foundation will always remain a part of my heart and this journey.

But as I’ve grown, I’ve realized my mission has expanded into something even deeper. Warriors Flow Wellness represents strength, resilience, movement, balance, and the empowerment that comes from learning how to heal, grow, and rise through life with intention. This rebrand reflects not only who I am becoming, but the energy and support I want to offer others on their own wellness journey.

While the name is changing, the heart behind my work remains the same — creating a safe, uplifting space for healing, self-discovery, mindfulness, and transformation.

Thank you for growing alongside me and supporting this new chapter. This is only the beginning. ♡

I'll have my new website live in a few weeks!! 🙏
